Ice Industries Receives 2005 Master Quality Award From Auto Supplier Yorozu (1)

Companies Finalize Three-Year Agreement; Ice Will Produce More Than 4.6 Million Parts Annually For PK U.S.A.

SYLVANIA, Ohio, Feb. 6, 2006 – Ice Industries today announced it was selected to provide ongoing manufacturing support for automotive supplier PK U.S.A., Inc.

PK U.S.A., based in Shelbyville, Ind., is an automotive supplier that manufactures a variety of vehicle parts for Nissan and Subaru. Under the terms of the new agreement, Ice will continue to provide stamping support for PK U.S.A. for the next three years.

“Ice Industries has proven itself to be a valuable resource as PK U.S.A. continues to strengthen its relationship with a number of U.S. automotive plants,” said Gary Reynolds, Purchasing Manager, PK U.S.A. “We are pleased to continue the relationship with Ice Industries and expect to see continued success for the duration of the program.”

In 2005, Ice provided PK U.S.A. with more than 4.6 million precision-stamped parts, primarily for the Nissan Quest minivan, Nissan Titan truck and Infiniti QX sports
utility vehicle.

Ice Industries will conduct the work at its Grenada Stamping and Assembly plant in Grenada, Miss. Grenada Stamping and Assembly is a 258,000 square-foot manufacturing facility with capabilities that include metal stamping, roll forming, manual and robotic welding, buffing and assembly.
