Ice has a wide range of experience with die transfer, purchasing and relocating existing stamping operations and acquiring complete stamping facilities. Ice Industries has successfully implemented many de-integration strategies for customers who concluded that stamping was no longer a core competency, which allowed them to focus on assembly, engineering and marketing.
- Ice has purchased stamping assets including all equipment and inventories for a customer and provided them with a robust backup strategy which benefited them with product delivered from multiple Ice Industries locations.
- Ice has relocated entire stamping lines to our facility in Mexico for all of our customer’s global requirements.
