But our attention to detail continues long past the initial production run. Often times, during an extended run, die conditions change and begin to deteriorate. Conditions that were once optimal soon vanish. To avoid such problems, ICE incorporates continuous die-evaluation processes to ensure parts of the highest quality. We have recently invested over $1 million in our plant tool rooms to insure our customers have all the necessary equipment to repair and maintain all types and sizes of blanking and stamping dies. Whether it’s a new project or takeover work, ICE maintains dies and die parts to ensure quality results.
