Because the threat of costly downtime or missed deadlines looms over every project, Ice Industries has invested extensively in tool room equipment and personnel for each of its plants.  We understand how important this function is to ensuring the complete customer experience, which is why Ice has enacted appropriate measures to ensure that takeover transitions occur without incident.

Ice's attention to detail continues long past the project kickoff. During extended production runs, die conditions can change, and results may begin to deteriorate. To avoid such problems, Ice incorporates continuous die-evaluation processes to ensure parts of the highest quality. We have recently invested over
$1 million in our plants' tool rooms to ensure the tool makers have all the necessary equipment to repair and maintain all types and sizes of blanking and stamping dies. Whether it’s a new project or takeover work, Ice maintains dies and die parts to ensure quality results and maximize tool life.
