ICE Industries uses cross-functional teams, continuous improvement teams and value analysis to focus on communication at all levels. When we launch a new program (or assume a program that already exists), we strive to provide as much interface as possible between our team and the customer.
By doing so, we’re able to strengthen our relationships and focus on areas of improvement.
In addition, the ICE engineering and sales team makes routine site visits in an effort to maintain communications. Our formalized process involves the implementation of a project champion who helps facilitate a smooth transition from each project stage to the next, from advanced product engineering to process engineering to the production floor. And, to consistently produce a product that meets expectations, our team ensures that all the procedures and visual aids are in place.
