Capabilities
The Ronfeldt Manufacturing facility in Toledo, Ohio covers 80,000 square feet and has a long history of deep draw capabilities. Low- and high-volume production capabilities, engineering, tool build and first article sampling are all performed on site. Ronfeldt is uniquely capable of producing the most complex metal parts and welded assemblies, given its proximity to a wide range of conveniently located outboard process sources. Complex part production costs are reduced and freight kept to a minimum when parts are annealed, heat treated, coated or painted by local sources in relatively low volumes. Northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan are abundant with such sources as tooling, coating and heat treating to professionally and economically aid in augmenting Ronfeldt Manufacturing’s deep
draw expertise.   

History
Ronfeldt Associates was formed in 1946 as a tool design and build company. In the first years of operation, the decision was made to add full production of stamped and deep drawn products.

Ice Industries managed Ronfeldt beginning in June, 2007 and completed the acquisition of the assets of Ronfeldt in February, 2008.
