Ice Industries is an ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Certified Company, committed to meeting our customers' needs by establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System. Key processes (COPS) are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that planned business strategies and objectives are attained. Ice's QMS process is structured using the process focused methodology that is encouraged by the ISO 9001 international standards.

• A formal and structured program management process with gated reviews and sign-offs
