Ice Industries uses dedicated process engineers at each production location to ensure that necessary die modifications are completed on a timely basis. These plant-specific process engineers are augmented by
a mobile group of highly skilled process engineers, who frequently travel to the various Ice facilities to fulfill process needs wherever and whenever they are needed.

Our process design engineers work carefully with the fabrication departments in our various facilities to build all types of conveyors, tables, chutes and quality automation to improve the production processes. Our process engineers are frequently utilized to ensure the highest standards of quality by designing, building and installing multitudes of poke yoke devices and are even utilized during the quoting process to make certain such capabilities are properly reflected within our quoting activity. 

Ice's design process engineers also distinguish themselves by designing and building major pieces of equipment such as welders, part washers and material handling apparatuses. Designing and building these in-house can save our customers tens of thousands of dollars on required new automation and increased production rates.
