To accomplish this, we’ve developed a proprietary Program Management Process—defined within five stage gates (below)— and tweaked it over the years to make sure that it is optimized to meet the growing needs of our expanding customer base. For each client and every program, a program manager is assigned who uses this process to lead the teams and coordinate the completion of all required elements contained within each gate.
