We have invested millions of dollars in our plants' tool rooms to ensure the toolmakers have all the necessary equipment to repair and maintain all types and sizes of blanking and stamping dies. This investment has enabled us to continually ensure quality results and maximize tool life. Ice builds and refurbishes tooling when it is right for our customer and usually at a considerable cost savings, while working carefully with highly capable outside tool and die companies to provide the right cost, quality and lead time combination for all our customers.    

From your takeover transitions through extended production runs, we incorporate continuous die-evaluation processes to offset the deterioration that can occur when your die conditions change, ensuring you quality results and maximizing your tool life.
