Paul Bishop—President and Chief Operating Officer

Prior to his role with Ice Industries, Paul Bishop spent 16 years with Dana Corporation. Paul joined Dana in 1988 and progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility. In 1994 Paul was appointed Vice President and Product Group Manager – Capital Markets Group, Dana Credit Corporation's (DCC's) largest and most profitable group. While in this role, DCC was awarded the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the U.S. Commerce Department’s highest award for quality. While at DCC, Paul negotiated transactions in the leasing and structured finance area that totaled over $3 billion in original equipment costs. In 1997 he was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Planning for Dana Corporation where, working with Dana’s strategic business units, he assisted with several significant acquisitions and divestitures and in the advancement of strategic goals, including the largest acquisition in Dana’s history. In June 1998, Paul rejoined DCC and in August he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Paul was named to Dana’s World Operating Committee in 2000. In March 2002, he was appointed President of DCC. In December 2003, Paul was named Vice President and General Manager for Dana’s Heavy Vehicle Technologies and Systems Group – Driveshaft. In July 2004, Paul assumed responsibility for Dana’s global torque product operations (33 driveshaft locations operating in 19 countries, which served the light, commercial, off-highway and industrial markets; and contributed $1.4 billion in sales to Dana in 2004).

Paul graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati with majors in Finance and Management. He also holds an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Michigan. Paul is a member of the Young President’s Organization and the Bowling Green State University President’s Club.
