James Teela

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jim is responsible for all of Ice's sales functions, including business development, account management and quoting, with an emphasis on developing new customer and market opportunities. Jim previously worked for Dana Corporation as Global Director of Sales for the Driveshaft Products Group, where he managed over $900 million of sales for their global operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales, purchasing, manufacturing and program management to Ice Industries. A detail-oriented and customer-focused leader, he works hard to satisfy customers’ stamping and assembly needs.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. He is actively involved in the Christian Businessman’s Committee of Southeastern Michigan and in his free time enjoys snowmobiling and writing.
