In February, 2008, an affiliate of Ice Industries completed the
acquisition of substantially all the assets and liabilities of Ronfeldt
Associates, Inc. We are pleased to add Ronfeldt -- with manufacturing
facilities in Toledo, Ohio and Monterrey, Mexico -- to our portfolio of

Beginning with the purchase of Acklin Stamping in 1999, and continuing with the acquisition of Deerfield Manufacturing in 2001, Grenada Stamping and Assembly in 2005 and Ronfeldt Manufacturing in 2008, Ice has taken advantage of new business opportunities throughout North America, delivering products to our customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
