Howard Ice began pursuing a vision in 1999 of building a world-class metal forming company that was both dedicated to its customers and its employees. After completing three acquisitions in six years, it was time to combine the collective capabilities of these three companies and leverage them across the entire organization to the benefit of our customers and associates. The November 2005 culmination of this strategy lead to the dedication of ICE Industries’ new corporate headquarters located in Sylvania, Ohio.

This 20,000-square-foot building houses our executive team along with our sales, engineering, IT and certified accounting divisions.  We are pleased with the additional collaboration, teamwork, systems and overall enthusiasm which has been the result of bringing our resources into one location.
