Zachary Dominique
Sales Operations Manager,
Military and Government Sales Specialist
Working in support of Business Development, Zach has responsibility for building on and continuing diversification of Ice’s well established customer portfolio. He also assists in managing the internal sales operations and Ice’s customer accounts. Zach has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He enjoys golf, wakeboarding, Notre Dame Football, and spending time with friends and family. |

Rodney DeLong
Director of Engineering
Rodney oversees and manages all product, process and manufacturing engineering activities for Ice Industries. Rodney and his group of engineers are responsible for engineering the design, development and launching of production tooling and machinery within the Company. Rodney is a U.S. Department of Labor Certified Journeyman Tool and Die Maker. Rodney’s interests include spending time with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys watching them play Volleyball and Soccer. In his spare time he likes to work on home improvement projects. |

Jeremy Lumbrezer
Director of Finance
Jeremy graduated from the University of Toledo with a BBA in Accounting and subsequently added an MBA from the University of Toledo with specialization in Finance. He has been with Ice Industries since 2002 and has served as Ice Industries' Director of Finance over all operating units since 2004. Jeremy enjoys snow skiing and cruising around on his Harley V-Rod motorcycle. |

Bill Rawlins
Director of Purchasing
Bill plays a vital role at Ice Industries by overseeing the purchasing activities of all plant locations, supervise and coordinate procuring materials, MRO supplies, steel, equipment and services. Bill holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Lourdes College. Bill, and his wife Shannon, currently have three children, Nathalie and twins Grant and Grace. In his spare time Bill enjoys playing golf, running and watching Big Ten Football. |

Director of Human Resources
Mark has spent over twenty years in
the field of human resources and manufacturing management. In 2002
he received the Human Resource Management Award for Excellence sponsored by the University of Toledo's College of Business. Mark is also a U.S. Department of Labor Certified Journeyman Tool and Die Maker. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and restoring his
1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette. |

Gary Houston
Director of Operations
Gary has over thirty years of multi-plant leadership and operational growth experience and is responsible for all Ice plant operations. In addition to playing golf and four-wheeling, Gary enjoys hunting for the highly sought after morel mushrooms, prized by gourmet cooks. |

Travis is a graduate of GMI Engineering and Management Institute and has a wide range of knowledge and experience in operations, quality and program management. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, rooting for the Buckeyes and spending time with his wife Charla, son Addison and daughter Ansen. |

Francisco Beltran del Rio
Plant Manager, Ice Mexico
Francisco joined Ice Industries in 2004 as Production Superintendent for Ice's Deerfield Manufacturing subsidiary located in Mason, Ohio. In 2007 he was promoted to Plant Manager for Ice Mexico located in Monterrey. Francisco enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Aracely, daughter Andrea and son Francisco and he is an avid Wolverine fan. |
