Given our reputation and experience built over the years since its founding in 1999, Ice Industries is pleased to fill out our wide range of capabilities with its twin 3000 ton presses in its new 80,000 square foot facility. Ice Industries Heavy Stamping Division, which is known as Ice Industries Titan, is Ice Industries’ latest addition to its wide range of capabilities.
Upon completion, Ice’s two large 3000 ton stamping presses are located approximately two miles north of Ice’s existing Grenada facility and will position Ice as one of the largest and most capable stamping operations in the Southeast. This facility located near our existing Grenada plant, allows us to capitalize on the talented management and skilled labor team at Ice’s existing Grenada facility.

Providing high volume automated transfer heavy stamping
These presses have massive bed sizes of 528 inches by 72 inches, stroke heights of 24 inches, and shut heights of 48 inches. The presses are completely refurbished and fitted with a 14 station Atlas Servo transfer systems and can be either coil or blank fed. Ice Industries’ sales team is currently working with manufacturers seeking to reserve a share of the new capacity. Ice Industries Titan’s location within the central manufacturing corridor is well positioned to provide high volume automated transfer stamping support to a number of industries focused on the south including automotive and appliance markets.
