In addition, the Ice product and process engineering professionals, along with our sales account managers, make routine site visits to maintain communications. Our formalized process involves the implementation of a project champion who helps facilitate a smooth transition from each project stage to the next, from advanced product engineering to process engineering to the production floor. To consistently produce a product that meets expectations, our team ensures that all the procedures and visual aids are documented and available.
