We are proud of our in-plant fabrication capabilities which allow us to not only design and build weld and assembly cells, but also to save our customers money. Fabricating portions of new assembly and weld cells allows our customers to keep capital costs down and margins up. Using lean principals and Six Sigma teams, Ice will find the most efficient production method for your needs. Within our system, Ice has 13 Six Sigma black belts and each plant continues to train our own version of white belts - the Ice "blue belt".
